The Boland Lab, located at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, focuses on blood-based techniques for assessing changes in the tumor microenvironment through analysis of circulating exosomes. Our research mainly focuses on evaluating the changes in melanoma tumors during treatment with current systemic therapies, such as targeted therapy and immunotherapy.
